We started Anagata It Solutions Private Limited in Lucknow (registered 14 October 2024). Small company, big obsession: make AI actually useful for ordinary businesses.
We noticed something funny. Business owners had heard of ChatGPT — but nobody had shown them how to make it answer customers at 9 PM or remind them to follow up.
So we stopped talking like engineers. We started talking like neighbours. No jargon. No fancy dashboards. Just helpers that quietly do the repetitive work.
Today we set up AI helpers for clinics, dealers, coaches, shops and consultants — and we explain every single thing in plain words.
Small business owners do not lose customers because they are lazy. They lose them because there are only so many hours in a day.
