What exactly will you automate for me?

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you are overqualified. We build everything, test it, and explain it in plain words. You keep using your phone the way you always have.
What is this automation anyway — is it ChatGPT?
Close. It is the same kind of AI as ChatGPT, but we connect it to your actual work — messages, enquiries, posts, reminders — so it does things, not just talks. If you are curious: we often use a wiring tool called n8n, which simply connects your apps together.
Will my customers know they are talking to AI?
It replies in simple, natural language, so most conversations feel normal. We do not pretend it is a human, and for anything sensitive it hands over to you.

Can it reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes — helpers can be set up to chat the way your customers actually type, including Hinglish. We test it with your real customer questions before handover.
Can I check or edit things before they go out?
Yes. You decide what runs automatically and what needs your OK. Posts and replies can always land in your WhatsApp for a quick look first.

What if something goes wrong?
You message us on WhatsApp and a human looks at it. No ticket numbers, no bots answering your complaints about bots. We also test thoroughly before handover, because prevention is less embarrassing.
Does it work with my current website?
Usually yes — enquiry forms, WhatsApp links and follow-ups can often connect to what you already have. If your site is too old to be worth saving, we will tell you honestly.
Can it connect to WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API — think of it as WhatsApp officially allowing a verified helper to send and receive messages for your business. We set it up the official way.
Can I use Google Sheets instead of fancy software?
Absolutely. If Sheets is where you are comfortable, details go there. Fancy dashboards are optional, not mandatory.
Data & money
What happens to my customer data?
It stays yours. We use it only to make your setup work, we do not sell it, and we follow India’s data protection rules (DPDP). You can ask us to delete anything, anytime. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
