Who we are

What we do
We set up AI helpers and automations for your business — enquiry replies, follow-ups, posts, review requests, websites — as described in a written plan we both approve.
The plan is the boss. If it is not written in the plan, we will not quietly add it — and you will never be billed for something you did not approve.
What we don’t do
We do not promise specific revenue numbers, review counts or rankings. Anyone who promises those with certainty is being optimistic.
We promise clear plans, careful work and support in plain language.
Your approvals
Before anything goes live, you approve the plan. During operation, you decide which actions run automatically and which need your OK.
You can change this anytime — from approve-first to automatic, or back. One message is enough.
Your accounts
You keep ownership of your WhatsApp Business account, Google Business Profile, website domain and any tools we set up for you.
We access them only to build and support your setup, as you direct. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you — we hand it over cleanly.
Fees & payment
Pricing is agreed in the written plan before work starts.
- Monthly tool costs (like official WhatsApp messaging) are shown separately and need your OK before we activate anything.
- Invoices are payable as stated in the plan — clear amounts, clear dates, no invented extras.
- Scope changes are agreed first, then priced. Never the other way around.
Changes & cancellation
You can pause or stop a project per the written plan terms.
If something in your setup needs a change, message us — small adjustments are usually quick. We will tell you honestly if a change is bigger than it looks, before we touch anything.
Service limits — the honest ones
AI helpers can make mistakes and platforms like WhatsApp occasionally have outages.
We build human handovers and checks into every setup, but no automation is perfect. We will always tell you what we know, when we know it.
We do not promise uptime percentages. Anyone who does, over a network they do not control, is decorating the truth.
Intellectual property
Your business content stays yours — your words, your photos, your customer relationships.
The general structure of the systems we build stays with us; your setup and its content are yours to use.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant setup.
We are not liable for indirect losses like lost profits from third-party platform outages — those platforms are big, and neither of us controls them.
Governing law
Indian law applies; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
We hope it never comes to that. A WhatsApp message usually fixes things faster than any court.
Updates to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date above and, for active clients, tell you before it matters.
This policy works together with our Privacy Policy.
