Who we are
Anagata It Solutions Private Limited is the company behind this website and the AI helpers we set up for businesses. If the law calls anyone the “data controller” for the details you give us directly, it is us.

What we collect
Details you give us. When you fill a form on this site or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share: your name, phone number, email, business name, business type, city, and the contents of your message.
Basic technical data. Where our infrastructure supports it, we may note simple things like which pages were visited. We do not fabricate analytics — if we cannot genuinely measure something, we do not claim it.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment card details on this site, and we do not buy lists of phone numbers to message.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiries — reply to messages and prepare the plans or demos you asked about.
- To deliver and support your automation setup — build, test and maintain what you asked us to build.
- To send service updates — only about work you have asked us to do. We do not run marketing blasts.
The legal basis is simple: your consent (you chose to message us) and our need to perform the service you requested. That is it.
Your customers’ data
If you connect tools like WhatsApp, website forms or Google Sheets to an Anagata setup, your customers’ enquiry details are processed so that your automations work — replies, follow-ups, saved records.
You remain the controller of that data. We process it only on your instructions, only to make your setup work, and we do not use it for our own marketing. It is your customer’s number, not ours to message.
Rule of thumb: your data is yours, your customers’ data is yours too. We are the plumber, not the landlord.
Who we share with
Only the service providers needed to run your setup — for example WhatsApp Business API providers, hosting, and workflow tools like n8n (a wiring tool that connects your apps together).
Each provider is listed in your plan before you approve it. If we ever need to add one, we tell you first. And to be plain: we never sell data — not yours, not your customers’.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to provide the service, or as you instruct. When a setup ends and there is no reason to hold anything, we delete it on request.
One honest habit helps here too: the less data we hold, the less there is to protect.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See the details we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your data entirely.
- Withdraw consent — stop us processing further.
Write to us on WhatsApp or email and we act within a reasonable time. No forms in triplicate, no “please hold”.
Cookies
Where our infrastructure requires it, this site uses only essential cookies — the quiet kind that make things function, not follow you around the internet.
We do not run creepy tracking pixels, and we do not claim analytics we do not actually have.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and careful habits. No system can promise perfect security, so we also keep the amount of data we hold small — fewer treasures, fewer locks needed.
If something ever does go wrong on our side, we will tell you honestly and quickly, not quietly.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a child has contacted us, tell us and we will remove the details.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and post the new version here. No buried changes, no surprise rewrites — the plain language stays.
