WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

Using this website, and any services (AI helpers, automation setups, websites) we agree to build for you.

THE SHORT VERSION

We promise: plain communication, honest quotes, tested work, support after handover. You promise: the information we need, your approvals when asked, and payment as agreed. Both of us promise: no surprises.

USING THIS WEBSITE

Content is ours or licensed. You may quote us with a link. Demos and sample stories on this site are illustrative demonstrations, not client results.

OUR SERVICES

  • Every engagement starts with a free chat and a written plain-English plan.
  • Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing before build.
  • We test thoroughly before anything goes live.
  • Nothing goes out to your customers without your approval where you’ve asked for approval.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Accurate business information, timely approvals, and access (accounts, content, answers) so we can build. Delays in these may shift timelines — honestly communicated.

PAYMENT

  • As agreed in the written plan.
  • No hidden charges.
  • Running costs of third-party tools, if any, are explained upfront.
  • No commission on your sales, ever.

CHANGES & REVISIONS

Small tweaks after handover are part of our support. Bigger changes are quoted fairly before work starts.

OWNERSHIP

Once paid for, your setup, your accounts and your customer data belong to you. We use professional tools, such as n8n, and explain in plain words what’s yours and what’s licensed.

SUPPORT & AVAILABILITY

We stay reachable on WhatsApp and calls for reasonable support after handover. We’re humans, so we work human hours for ourselves — your helpers, of course, work around the clock.

LIMITS & HONESTY

Automation reduces repetitive work; it doesn’t replace your judgement. We won’t promise specific revenue numbers, rankings or review counts, and we won’t build anything that spams people.

TERMINATION

Either side can end an engagement with fair notice. Your data and setups are handed over, never held hostage.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We don’t cover indirect losses.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved over a conversation, because that usually works.
